Yes it's recognized this is not a perfect proxy.  There is a separate thread/bug tracking improvements and we will revisit.  Any improvements will likely require FSP side updates first.  (The other drawback here at the moment is this also shouldn't always be occurring on FSP uprev, but rather new MRC uprevs).  It will cover some of the immediate use cases however.
