TEST=Boot to google/rex and make sure that there are no errors
while sending EOP.

2484:[INFO ]  CSE: EOP requested action: continue boot
2485:[INFO ]  CSE EOP successful, continuing boot
2487:[INFO ]  CPU11: EOP sent.
2921:[WARN ]  EOP already sent
