Technically speaking, DDR3-1600 is 800 MHz, or 1600 MT/s.

I doubt you actually mean 1600 MHz: neither Sandy nor Ivy Bridge can do DDR3-3200 without some serious overclocking 😄

To fix this, you likely need the Realtek driver the other variants use.
