mainboard/google/poppy/variants/rammus: Enable touchscreen function

On rammus, set GPIO GPP_C22 to 1 for touchscreen power on.
And add touchscreen device "PNP0C50" to I2C0.

Flash FW to DUT, and make sure touchscreen workable.
