For 300 it copied from brya0 (https://source.chromium.org/chromiumos/chromiumos/codesearch/+/main:src/thir...). 
Referring to the previous project(voxel/volet/voema), we would like to modify it to 20
(https://source.chromium.org/chromiumos/chromiumos/codesearch/+/main:src/thir...). Once get the spec of touchscreen, we will upload it to issue tracker. Thanks.
