What is ACPI reporting for the IRQ # then?
there is not one reported. Per src/drivers/pc80/tpm/tis.c, an interrupt is only injected into ACPI if CONFIG_TPM_PIRQ is set, or if it can be read directly from the TPM; otherwise it is omitted
