mb/asus/p8x7x-series: Mark variants using GPIO8 for power LED
All boards in the family have the negative leg of power LED linked to a PCH GPIO pin, either GPIO 27 or 8.
After examining their boardviews, mark p8h77-v and p8z77-v_lx2 variants through Kconfig as using GPIO8 for power LED.
