Patch merged into coreboot/master: console: Enable do_printk_va_list for VBOOT

the following patch was just integrated into master:

console: Enable do_printk_va_list for VBOOT

Use CONFIG_VBOOT to enable do_printk_va_list to match the conditionals
    in include/console/console.h and the only caller is vboot/vboot_logic.c.
    CONFIG_VBOOT is also selected for CONFIG_CHROMEOS.

TEST=Build and run on Galileo Gen2
