Patch merged into coreboot/master: buildgcc: Get the clean and correct uname on Cygwin

buildgcc: Get the clean and correct uname on Cygwin

Running `uname` on Cygwin gets "CYGWIN_NT-6.1-WOW" instead of "Cygwin".
    We need to fix the $UNAME on Cygwin.
