I can't say that I know all SIOs. […]
Well, for instance the I/O BARs (0x6x registers) need to be set before an LDN
is enabled. In theory, the same can be true for a misc register; it's up to the
SIO vendor. It seems quite possible that we don't have any such oddity in the
tree, but I don't know it.
