As long as it is you who authored it, you can license it as you wish. To
be accepted upstream it just needs to be GPLv2 compatible (GPL-2.0-or-later
is).

However, you won't get any anti tivoization with GPL-2.0-or-later, because
you grant the rights of both (v2 and v3) licenses; and any later, who knows
what they allow :)
