siemens/sitemp_g1p1: Fix serial output for simo board
The simo board with console output at UART port 1 (COM2) will not produce
any output if CONFIG_UART_FOR_CONSOLE=1 is set correctly.
Commit f29200240e428761827ab8d179fa23068bfa9d59
(superio/ite/*: Factor out generic romstage component)
will only and always activate UART port 0 unregarded to
CONFIG_UART_FOR_CONSOLE value.
Now the UART port which was selected by CONFIG_UART_FOR_CONSOLE
will be enabled and used for console output

util/cbmem: Print name instead of ID of CBMEM_ID_SMM_SAVE_SPACE
Commit b4b9eb39 (x86: provide infrastructure to backup default SMM
region) introduced the new CBMEM type `CBMEM_ID_SMM_SAVE_SPACE`, but
did not add its name `SMM BACKUP` to the utility `cbmem`, causing the
following output, when running `cbmem` on a system making
use of `BACKUP_DEFAULT_SMM_REGION`.
7. 07e9acee 7f7e5000 00010000
Fix that by adding the name `SMM BACKUP` to the struct
`cbmem_id_to_name`.

util/cbmem: Print CBMEM_ID_SMM_SAVE_SPACE correctly
Currently running `cbmem` on a system storing data of type
`CBMEM_ID_SMM_SAVE_SPACE` in CBMEM, it does only output the ID.
7. 07e9acee 7f7e5000 00010000
Add the name of that type to the struct `cbmem_id_to_name` so it can
be translated.
Only eleven characters are allowed, so I chose `SMM SAVE SP` as the
name.
