With this implementation, google_chromeec_get_board_sku is not linked with EC_GOOGLE_CHROMEEC_SKUID, now EC_GOOGLE_CHROMEEC_SMBIOS does not have any dependency on EC_GOOGLE_CHROMEEC_SKUID as google_chromeec_get_board_sku is available for all boards selecting EC_GOOGLE_CHROMEEC
