doc/community: Add a section on cross-project collaboration
This patch adds a section to the chapter 'Community' to clarify coreboot's policy in regard to collaboration with other open-source projects in the firmware space. It especially clarifies how coreboot owned resources like servers and services the run can be shared with partner projects and what the benefits and rules are for this collaboration.
