Patch merged into coreboot/master: 52261be baytrail: add 316 microcode

the following patch was just integrated into master:

baytrail: add 316 microcode

The 316 microcode is the newest version. Include that in the build.

    BRANCH=None
    TEST=Built and partially booted with microcode loading. Noted 316
         loaded.
