mb/google/fizz/var/fizz: update VBT

Deselect the 'fixed resolution at boot' and 'eFP attached' options via
the Windows BMP tool. Fixes HDMI audio output under Windows 10/11.

TEST=build/boot Win 11 on Fizz, verify HDMI audio now functional.
