You comment triggered my curiosity, thank you. I have been using the `TEST` tag following people recommendation and without checking the documentation. I found the following guideline this morning.

So it looks like two following are correct:
```
Tested that google/vilbox and qemu/q35 boot to payload
```
or
```
TEST: booted to payload on google/vilbox and qemu/q35
```

I have a little preference for the second one as being more formal it can easily been extracted by a script if someone would wanted to collect some test practices.
