mb/*: drop GENERIC_SPD_BIN from boards not having soldered memory

Some boards select GENERIC_SPD_BIN, despite having no soldered memory.
Drop the option to silence the warning about empty SPD_SOURCES, that
gets added in the follow-up change.

TODO: these boards are unclear
- src/mainboard/google/volteer/variants/trondo
- src/mainboard/google/hatch/variants/sushi
