We've stopped doing the CrOS Clang builds on patch builds to speed things up for now, which is where the failure on the google boards was occurring. That still happens on the post-submit coreboot build and on the toolchain builds, which is why this was failing there.

A patch has been merged to disable clang on builds that use the verstage_before_bootblock feature causing the failure, so this should be solved.
