Patch merged into coreboot/master: 4d10750 CBMEM: Add timestamp_reinit()

CBMEM: Add timestamp_reinit()

This avoids the need for separate timestamp_reinit() calls made
    via CAR_MIGRATE() that is not implemented for ARM.
