as far as i know, this should be done for all 4 xhci controller. i don't know yet if the two xhci controllers for the usb4 ports will require some special handling, but we'll see that when enabling the full usb4 support. if the ports behave correctly with this patch applied, it should be good for now.
i can work on moving the other socs over to using this code. might take some time for me to get around to do that though
