If we add an nonexist file in fw.cfg, the building should report 
"make: *** No rule to make target '3rdparty/amd_blobs/cezanne/PSP/TypeId0x65_Appb_CZN_2D_Lpddr4_Dmem.csbina', needed by 'build/amdfw.rom'.  Stop."

before amdfwtool can not find the file(this happens when there is no 62750).
