mb/google/myst: Expose SKU and board ID to Chrome OS

Select EC_GOOGLE_CHROMEEC_SKUID and EC_GOOGLE_CHROMEEC_BOARDID to
provide common routine for reading skudid and boardid from Chrome EC.
