PS12, Line 17: was not reported by CPUID.15h to calculate the crystal clock.
Where does this "recommendation" come from. The SDM says quite the
opposite, actual warns to use 16h for anything but displaying what
was bought, i.e. doesn't necessarily reflect what the processor
runs at.
