mainboard/google/zoombini: Enable HAVE_ACPI_RESUME

Currently there is a problem with the S3 resume path on Meowth.
This patch adds a config parameter which fixes S3 resume. This
should be included along with the EC patch where VSTORE is enabled.

BUG=b:72472969
TEST=suspend and resume from S3 should work.
