Patch merged into coreboot/master: f15e53a AGESA fam15: Add GetHeapBase()

the following patch was just integrated into master:

AGESA fam15: Add GetHeapBase()

While fam15 boards do not select HAVE_ACPI_RESUME, backport this
    from fam14.

Implementation of this function is common across different families.
