mb/google/nissa/var/meliks: Copy pirrha’s overridetree as initial one

Upload the initial devicetree for meliks.

All devices and port usages are the same as pirrha, just copied from
pirrha's devicetree for the initial configuration except typec_aux_bias_pads[0] since pirrha had incorrect setting.
