CLs?  (not familiar with that - change list?)

The picasso Makefile.inc in this patch adds all the microcode files to amd_microcode_bins, and then the common/block/cpu/Makefile.inc changes will process that to add each file in that list as a cbfs entry - using hexdump to grab the cpuid from the microcode file itself for its filename
