In that case I probably could add the rest of the header files? This patch train (which I'll squash) only touched the headers which were originally copied from explicitly GPLv2 marked code, but not the ones that were created afterwards without an explicit license.

These header files were each added in separate commits originally, and I had made a commit for each of those original commits as I went through them. I'll squash the patch train into this patch.
