mb/google/brya/var/agah: Separate the AGAH DPTF OEM variant

Because the AGAH EC code is based on monitoring adapter current to choose the corresponding DPTF OEM variable table, but not every project follows this design. So use DPTF_ENABLE_OEM_VARIABLES_PROJECT_AGAH to separate variant Agah code, allowing each OEM to adjust in EC ASL accordingly.
