Patch merged into coreboot/master: 0529429 device tree: track init times

the following patch was just integrated into master:

With the introduction of a monotonic timer it is possible to
    track the individual times of each device's init() call. Add this
    ability behind a HAVE_MONOTONIC_TIMER option.
