xcompile: Add Zen compiler flag for AMD family 17h

Add an option to let the CPU use its own "-march" option.

Add -march=znver1 to gcc options to optimize for AMD Family 17h and
19h.
The -mno-sse is to disable generating the instruction with xmm.
