we don't kw the default DSC value of CnviWifiCore/CnviBtCore/CnviBtAudioOffload hence, in case `s_cfg->CnviMode=0`, i would consider resetting (0) those UPDs.

Additionally, CnviBtAudioOffload can be only set if CnviBtCore is enabled.
