sb/intel/lynxpoint: Fix VBOOT with !CONFIG_INTEL_LYNXPOINT_LP

The Intel Basking Ridge CRB does not have a Lynxpoint LP PCH but was
using the lp gpio code instead of the southbridge/intel/common code in
verstage.
