The `fsp_map_console_log_level()` function returns values of this enum, but the enum itself is local to this file. I'd move the enum to the `fsp/debug.h` header.

Also, I'd give a name to this enum type, e.g. `enum fsp_log_level`, and use it as the return type of `fsp_map_console_log_level()`.
