mb/google/slippy: update VBT
The current BIOS-extracted VBT breaks backlight control with Tianocore, so replace it with one that does. Settings were exported using Intel BMP tool and the overlayed onto a GOP-format (vs BIOS format) VBT file.
Test: boot google/wolf with both SeaBIOS and Tianocore payloads, verify backlight control functional under both Linux and Windows.
