soc/amd/cezanne: select ADD_FSP_BINARIES if USE_AMD_BLOBS

Automatically include the FSP binaries needed to boot a board if
USE_AMD_BLOBS is selected. Simplifies board configs, and matches
use in soc/amd/picasso.

TEST=build/boot google/guybrush
