mb/google/brya/var/dochi: use RPL FSP headers and update overridetree

1.To support an RPL SKU on dochi, it must use the FSP for RPL.

Select SOC_INTEL_RAPTORLAKE for dochi so that it will use the RPL FSP
  headers.

2.Update overridetree base on schematics
