Just to make sure the permission settings will work as expected.
For example, if we do not set the domain remap for MMSYS.
Then when a domain 1 master accessing MM registers,
the domain will be remapped to domain 0 (default), and thus for MM registers,
domain 0 permission will be checked instead of the domain 1 permission.
