mb/supermicro/x10slm-f: Fix IPMI KCS

Because of missing generic LPC decode ranges the ipmi_si kernel module
cannot communicate with the BMC.

This commit fixes the IPMI KCS communication between host
and BMC on the X10SLM-F.
