mb/starlabs/starbook/tgl: Change SSD Enable GPIO to PLTRST

Change the SSD Enable GPIO to PLTRST, as having it configure to DEEP,
renders the SSD inaccessible on S3 exit as it conflicts with the RTD3
driver.
