smbios: Add and adapt fields for version 3.2

This is the second of 2 patches upgrading the SMBIOS interface to 3.2.
First patch "platform/mosys: This upgrades SMBIOS to latest version 3.2".
First patch SHA: a1943f6e5aaa4fa38208ee43576882b54471797f.
The added fields, in anticipation for future change, are part of the new 3.2 spec of SMBIOS.
The new procedure populates the core and thread count(s).
