I'm really undecided. Currently we make this blob part of the coreboot
build. But that doesn't seem necessary, you could also keep the BL1 in
flash (or say that it belongs there, outside of coreboot) and flash
coreboot at a predefined offset.

So I'm leaning towards Y, because one could work around my arguments
for n anyway.

Also, is this SoC's BL1 proprietary at all? I have no clue.
