AMD Kern: Fix path of PspSecureOs BLOB

AMD Kern uses PspSecureOs_prod_CZ.csbin rather than PspSecureOs_prod_CZ.sbin.
    PspSecureOs_prod_CZ.csbin is the firmware in CarrizoPI v1.0.0.7.
