While I did know about https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/25095, I decided to write my own port since it lacked SCH5545 support.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to continue working on this port since this board isn't mine, so if I can't, my hope is that by putting it here I'll be able to pass the baton to someone else.
