PS10, Line 24: 	select HAVE_FSP_GOP if !ENABLE_DISPLAY_OVER_EXT_PCIE_GFX
you still have FSP_GOP, thus HAVE_FSP_GOP is correct.
but you likely don't want RUN_FSP_GOP.
