southbridge/cimx/sb900: Rename headers to match sb700 & sb800
Northbridge code includes these headers, so they all need to have the same name to allow different combinations of northbridge and southbridge. This changes the sb900 names to match sb700 & sb800, and points agesa/family12 and amd/torpedo to the new file names.
