mainboard/intel/leafhill: add LeafHill CRB (Apollo Lake)
Leaf Hill CRB is an Intel Customer Reference Board with ApolloLake silicon and LPDDR4 Down.
Verified on Intel Leaf Hill CRB and confirmed to boot using Intel UEFI Payload and Yocto Linux.
