Please elaborate, what the SoC is, if the code was copied or written from scratch, and what datasheets (name and revision) were used.

[Ravi]: The SOC name is mentioned as sc7280 in the commit message. and the code has been referenced from sc7180(trogdor) with few memory region related changes in memlayout.ld to support sc7280.
