Change subject: mb/google/{beltino,fizz,jecht}: Set Tianocore boot timeout to 5s

Patch Set 1: Code-Review+2
Patch Set 1: Code-Review+2
Would it make sense to show a prompt when it's overridden?
In case somebody wants to opt out from the additional delay?
Not sure how to get that done without yet another Kconfig,
though.
Hmm, would it hurt to always show it?
